GUARANTEE

We will enjoy working with you to make your supply of all your kitchen equipment and small goods, a simple, pleasurable task. Supplying you only high quality products with great backup service. Our friendly, helpful, obliging team at Midway who’ve had 18 years of experience serving this industry will gladly assist you.

PAYMENT

Payments are made before dispatch of goods unless by prior arrangement or you have an account set up to charge to.
Payment options are cheque, internet banking or credit card via paypal.
Pricing is all GST exclusive, but total including GST will show once order is processed.
Ownership of goods will not pass to the buyer until payment is received in full.

BACKORDERS

If a product you order is temporarily out of stock, we will advise you of the expected dispatch date either by phone or email and the product will be sent to you as soon as it becomes available. You will not be charged any additional delivery costs for backordered items delivered to you at a later date.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns are credited in the manner in which they were originally paid, unless a balance exists under your customer name.
Usually when you buy a product or service the contract is final. If you simply change your mind, your circumstances have changed or you find cheaper products elsewhere, the retailer or service provider does not have to provide a refund or exchange. Please choose wisely.
Unfortunately, freight charges on returns are not refundable. However, if you have received the incorrect product or goods are faulty, Midway will arrange return of your order and you are not required to pay for standard delivery on the outgoing parcel. Re-stocking fees may apply to goods returned.

DELIVERY

We work closely with our carriers to ensure best possible service and delivery times, however some delays may occur which are outside our control. We will work to resolve these issues immediately.

Standard delivery timeframe for orders placed before 2.30pm – North Island next day and South Island 2 days.

Claims or non delivery of goods must be made within 5 working days and claims for damage of goods in transit must be made within 48 hours.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Payment: Account customers: Total value of goods and services listed is due for payment on the 20th of the month following the date of the invoice unless otherwise stated in writing by Midway Catering Equipment. Non account customers; payment is due in full when goods are ordered. Any discounts may be forfeited and full retail price may apply. By purchasing good from us on account, you are agreeing to these terms

We reserve the right to charge overdue fees and interest on all accounts not Paid by due date including collection and legal fees incurred in the recovery of the overdue amount. Any discounts may be forfeited and full retail price may apply. By purchasing good from us on account, you are agreeing to these terms.

Goods remain the property of Gateway Taranaki Ltd until payment is received in full.

Quotes do not include installation, unless requested..

Quotes remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue, after which a revised quote may be necessary.
